We originally met Kyle while looking for our first home 17 years ago! We hit the jackpot. 17 years later he has done over 7 different buys and sells for us and our families. 4 years ago he sold our house in 24 hours above listing price. We bought a house at the same time under listing price. I have never come across a better way to list homes. Through the marketing they do, professional pictures, flyers, social media, 3d walkthroughs. Last month we decided we were going to move out of state. This was right at the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic . I called Kyle not knowing how this would go he was amazing. Health and safety came first explaining to us all of the precautions they were taking and what rules have changed we had mulitiple offers with only showing our house for 4 hours! We sold over list price again! Shellee is a pro and with her ability to understand, explain, and negotiate contracts. She knows her stuff! The Agents and Staff are awesome. They list your home and push it out to so many people to make sure you get the most offers you can, which also brings the higher offers. After trying another realtor or two, Signature Realty stepped up to the plate and got over a 100 showings then found somebody (first time buyers) that loved my house and all my improvements and hard work. They got it sold relatively fast for a decent price, which was $70k more!! than a competition realtor said I should sell it for.
